B2B travel
An agent network where the credit control actually holds
Agents, sub-agents, wallets, limits and commission tiers, with the accounting rules enforced by the system at booking time instead of reconstructed in a spreadsheet afterwards.

What a B2B operator sees
One screen answering the question that actually matters: how much am I exposed, to whom, and is it moving in the right direction.

Agent credit exposure
| Agent | Tier | Credit limit | Utilisation | Bookings | Status |
|---|---|---|---|---|---|
| Nile Voyages | Gold | AED 250,000 | 68% | 214 | Active |
| Gulf Horizon Travel | Platinum | AED 600,000 | 41% | 388 | Active |
| Cairo Skyline Tours | Silver | AED 90,000 | 94% | 76 | Near limit |
| Red Sea Getaways | Gold | AED 300,000 | 22% | 141 | Active |
| Levant Business Travel | Silver | AED 120,000 | 100% | 58 | Blocked |
The row marked Blocked is the point of the whole module: an agent at 100% utilisation cannot create another booking. The check happens before the supplier is contacted, not during a monthly review.
Distribution
Multi-level, without margin leaking between levels
A wholesaler sells to an agent, who sells to a sub-agent, who sells to a traveller. Each level sees its own rate and its own commission, and none of them see the level above.
- Agent registration with verification and document capture
- Sub-agent hierarchies with inherited or overridden rates
- Commission tiers computed by the pricing engine at booking time
- Wallet deposits, credit limits and real-time available balance
- Booking management, amendments and cancellations per level
- Invoices, vouchers, statements and ageing generated from booking data
Credit is checked before the supplier is called
An agent over its limit is stopped at the point of sale. Exposure is a system rule, not a monthly discovery.
Commission is stored, not recomputed
The pricing engine computes commission at booking and writes it onto the booking. A dispute three months later is settled by looking, not by re-running today's rules against an old booking.
Your largest agents can have an API
A buyer doing serious volume should not be typing into a portal. The same REST surface is available to them under your account.
