Travolyo VIP International operates TravelCore.tech. For data about visitors to this website, we are the controller.

For traveller and customer data processed inside a client's platform, the client is the controller and TravelCore acts as processor under their instructions. That distinction matters: your customers are yours, and we do not use their data for our own purposes.

This marketing site collects what you deliberately send us. The contact form does not transmit anything to our servers; it composes an email in your own mail client, so your details reach us only if you press send.

We do not run advertising trackers or third-party analytics profiling on this site.

Operating a booking platform requires traveller identity data (names, contact details, and where a supplier demands it, passport or nationality information), booking records, and payment references. Card details are tokenised at a payment provider and are not stored by TravelCore.

Data is processed to fulfil bookings, to communicate with travellers about them, to comply with supplier and legal requirements, and to operate and secure the platform.

Booking data is shared with the suppliers required to fulfil a booking, and with payment and communication providers. It is not sold, and it is not shared between tenants.

Booking records are retained for as long as commercial and legal obligations require, then deleted on a schedule.

Where a client's travellers exercise data rights, the request is directed to the client as controller, and TravelCore supports them in fulfilling it.
