Terms of service

TravelCore provides travel technology infrastructure to businesses. We do not sell travel to consumers, and we are not the merchant of record for bookings made on a client's platform unless a specific agreement says otherwise.

Supplier inventory, availability, rates and content originate with third-party suppliers. TravelCore transmits and normalises them; it does not guarantee their accuracy or availability.

Capabilities marked as preview or roadmap on this site are exactly that. Nothing on a marketing page creates a commitment to deliver a roadmap item by a date; commitments live in a signed agreement.

Clients are responsible for their own regulatory position: licensing, consumer protection, tax, and the terms on which they sell to their customers.

Clients are responsible for keeping credentials secure and for the actions taken under their accounts.

Engagements run for an agreed term. On exit, client data is exported in a documented format. We do not hold customer records hostage as a retention mechanism.

This document is a plain-language draft describing intended practice. It has not been reviewed by counsel and is not yet an executed agreement. Before any commercial engagement, a reviewed version will be issued and will govern. If you need the binding text now, ask and we will tell you honestly that it is in preparation.
