Platform module
Analytics
Margin and supplier quality, not just a bookings count.
Most travel dashboards show bookings and revenue, which are the two least actionable numbers in the business. What decides whether a travel company survives is gross margin per booking, the cost of the demand that produced it, and which suppliers quietly destroy conversion.
The analytics module is designed around that: margin decomposed by supplier, market, channel and agent; look-to-book by supplier; and the conversion cost of supplier latency, so a slow connector can be argued about with numbers.
This module is on the roadmap. The event model it depends on is part of the core, so the data will exist before the dashboards do.
